DiscoverFirst is open to any member, guest or frequent attender who wants to hear about what it means to be a full-court follower of Jesus Christ in the local church. Our staff will share the vision and commitment of what the Bible says about church membership.

The one-hour meeting takes place the second Sunday of every month in the Church Parlor (1st floor across from the church offices). The next meeting is Sunday, September 14 at 9:15 am.

God loves every person and so do we.

Our relief and restoration efforts share the love of Christ with people in our local and global communities. Communities aren't changed by programs but by relationships developed among the people in that community. In our missions work, we build and support relationships that inspire change.

GRACE – Grapevine Relief and Community Center provides for the needs of the communities closest to the church. Through Grace, we are able to supply food, clothing and medical needs.

Real Choices Pregnancy Center – The center makes available counseling, medical and other needs for pregnant women in our local area.

Meals on Wheels - Meals are picked up and delivered weekly to homebound people in the local community.

Volunteer Christian Builders – Families volunteer the week of July 4th to assist rural communities across the United Sates to build a church.

Ecuador – Groups travel 3-4 times a year to Cumbaya to help develop and start new churches.

International Friends – Volunteers teach international people English as a Second Language weekly. Craft, cooking and bible classes are offered as well.

For more information about these opportunities, email www.info@fbcgrapevine.com.

The Recreation Ministry of First Baptist Church Grapevine is concerned with improving the quality of life of people, not just physically and socially, but spiritually as well.

There are bible studies (linked) throughout the year to help men find out more about faith and how to live a life of faith in marriage, parenting and at work.
