Our company is Texas Brothers Moving, located in Dallas off of I-30 & Buckner. I am searching for men who may have some moving experience in the household goods industry.

Actually I have a few needs. Some more pressing than others.

1.      I am looking for 4 to 5 men who can work a move coming up at the end of the week who are able to pass a background check and that have no felonies what so ever, due to the nature of the job. It is an office move in which the building is secured, all persons assigned to the job will be screened by the Navy to be allowed into the building.

2.      And I am also seeking Drivers/Foremen/ Helpers for part time/full time positions. I will copy the Craig’s list posting and attach it to this email.

Operations Senior Specialist - Home Lending Default/Process Control - Coppell, TX-110065043

Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm

 

Loss Mitigation Affidavits were developed to ensure that appropriate steps were taken to work with the borrower and ensure that opportunities have been provided to help keep the borrower in their home. 

 

As an Operations Senior Specialist/Operations Senior Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing accounts with Loss Mitigation activity to prevent contested or impaired foreclosure actions. You will be required to perform a thorough review account history in the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) System and documents generated.  Follow-up and escalate issues when necessary. Work exception reports to ensure MSP is properly coded.  Communicate with Attorney firms regarding the status of affidavits.  You will also be required to meet specific quality and volume requirements for specified activities.

 

  • ·         Reviewing accounts with Loss Mitigation activity
  • ·         Communicate with Attorney firms to ensure affidavits are completed accurately based on review outcome
  • ·         Complete any follow-up related to key responsibilities
  • ·         Meet specific quality and volume requirements for specified activities
  • ·         Other projects/duties as assigned 

 

 

Qualifications

  

  • ·         High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ·         Minimum one year previous mortgage or related business experience preferred.
  • ·         Loss Mitigation, Account Research or related business experience preferred.
  • ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • ·         Ability to recognize and identify loan documents and miscellaneous financial documents.
  • ·         Strong PC skills
  • ·         Ability to work well on a team and focus on results; ability to be adaptable and flexible
